BytePay1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using BytePay services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Services
BytePay provides payment processing, payout, wallet, virtual account and related financial technology services. Service availability may vary by region and account type.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information, complete KYC verification where required, and maintain the security of your credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use BytePay for illegal activities, money laundering, fraud, sanctioned transactions or any activity prohibited by applicable law or our acceptable use policy.
5. Fees & Settlement
Fees are disclosed at registration and in your merchant agreement. We reserve the right to modify fees with reasonable notice. Settlement timelines depend on product and rail.
6. Limitation of Liability
BytePay is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms, regulatory requirements or risk concerns. You may close your account at any time subject to outstanding obligations.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction in Lagos, Nigeria.
